ADR question

For clarity I asked a question on the investor hub regarding where the company is in terms of the ADR listing.

Hi guys. Just a question in regards to the ADR listing. Can you provide any insight as to where you are in the process at this point in time, and what steps are needed to be completed to achieve listing? Has the current market uncertainty and volatility caused by the " Orange man" resulted in any delays or complications? In addition if possible, a loose target time you are aiming for. Cheers Dan

Hi Dan, thanks for the question. We’re making steady progress on the detailed work required to complete our ADR listing. A key part of the process is having our U.S. auditors complete a PCAOB audit of our financials for 2022, 2023, and 2024. The audits for 2022 and 2023 are nearly finished, and work on 2024 has now started following the lodgment of the financials in Australia. From here, we expect things to move along more quickly, though as you noted, broader market conditions (including a bit of geopolitical drama!) can still play a role in pacing. We’ve had a few shareholders reach out with similar questions, so we’re working on a broader update via the Investor Centre. That said, we do need to be mindful of the SEC’s strict rules around communications in the lead-up to a listing. These “gun jumping” restrictions can be a bit frustrating for companies like ours that are used to open communication, but it’s important we stay compliant to avoid any unnecessary delays. In terms of timing, we will provide a more precise timetable as soon as we can. Appreciate your interest and support as we move through this.
