adr spike 13th?

Had a thought, the spike was the 13th this month on NASDAQ for MTSXY is the same day
xmajor45 made his post on yahoo, sounded to me like a rally call to fellow soldier/investors
to get on board? he appears to me to be either seving or has been recently but anyhow would seem to know what the goss is on the ground, understandable that soldiers would be looking after their mates, he possibly has a following for Co's about to get DoD contracts especially if he's had past success's. there would be a substantial amount of money these guy's would have to invest currently or after serving from payouts or compensation for war related injuries.
Since the spike of the 13th it has kept much of it's gains, sounds like investors holding on
