    Perhaps the share purchase plan and the ADR are related ...

    ... I just started to imagine a couple of thousand shareholders going through their garbage bins and looking for the share purchase documents if the price went up ...

    ... and then the price coming back down as they all try to sell them on the ASX on October 12th ...
