    Ratio doesnt really matter.. ADR is just a vehicle for US investors that couldnt buy aussie shares ordinarily. So, for each ADR they buy, they get 10 shares in aussie AAE.

    The ADR price should reflect the price of 10 AAE shares, although cause of foreign exchange volatility, other risks to US investors and a hardly efficient market there almost certainly wont be a perfect correlation between the two.
