Sure looks that way - all that close collaboration with intel so they can have a close look at xped's product so they can develop an even better product whilst avoiding patent issues.
Explains a) why all the selling and b) why most of BoD moved on as one tap well and truly dead.
So for all the fanfare of the close relationship with intel xped have been royally screwed over by intel.
