Here I was wondering why they had released the app now when there was nothing you could use it with. Makes perfect sense that the final showcase to a tier 1 lighting company would include successful use of the xped app (consumer verson) with their product. Its quite obvious that the Philips product has been connected to DeB because Deb allows the 'Thing' to identify itself. We can see from the screen shots it has identifed and has functionality. You can't just exhibit other companies names on ASX announcements without an understanding/agreement first.
That aligned with the previous announcement you stated sure gives it a very high probability. The only delay might be that Philips may also require the consumer version iOS to be proven...which is 4-5 weeks.
