That is my rational for a buy back....
Announce a commitment of say 50mil to a buyback( with no intention of spending anywhere near that amount)....
Just buy all the shorts cross trades etc....
Buy say 500, 000 to a mill per day in the .15 -.20 range completely screwing the shorts....
Say we ended up spending 30mill in the .15-.35 range, register shrunk significantly... thats 150mil shares at an average of .20...
Raise 150mil @ ,say,.35when we have a better climate....puts us $22mil infront
If there is no taker for buffalo and dorado is on the backburner , headoffice tightens expenses ,there is enough cash currently for 10years doing zip.....
Better than potentially playing red/black with the same amount of money on a buffalo solo effort....imho..
