from memory the FPSO is liquids only, so if Apus has good liquids they will likely tie it in. but it probably hasn't been taken into account for FID, which provides holders solid upside.
this approach generates cashflow from the reserves whilst they work out their plan for developing the gas reserves which is where Roc comes into play.
