Everyone seems overly focused on announcements of contracts.

The keys risks in my opinion are further dillution through cost over-runs on the build of Jab-1, launch delay, launch failure, operational failure post launch and failure to gain further finance for Jab-2 etc.

If we build it, launch it and have it up there, the contracts will come.

I'm sure they're holding out at the moment to squeeze customers ... why give away premium quality bandwidth just for the sake of locking in a contract two years out from launch ...the more hardball mgmt are now the better margins we'll get.
