Adroit Capital Group ESG Pty Ltd all cash proportional Takeover Bid Document

I've come across Adroit's advertised offer they put on Linkedin and see that they did provide proof of fiancial backing for the offer. Tom mentioned in his announcement that "The M8S Board further notes that the notice of Offer provided no information as to the credibility of the financing of the Offer".

That statement looks like a pretty clear lie to me now? The post has the document they sent to M8 which has a copy of he bank account balance. I would have thought that is sufficient to prove financing?
