I can't see why it wouldn't be perfectly doable to go level 2's with no raise.

Lot less fuss than level 3 and if you don't need the money????? why not?

Why bother listing in the US, why not stay as we are....,

The other US FR companies, already know who we are...

Now if someone was already interested...
or someone is interested in say 19% ...

Then you wouldn't bother listing right...

won't mater cause at the end of the day we get the same price for our shares....
