    Alexium currently is listed on the US OTC market through its Level 1 ADRs (code QX:AXXIY).

    The 2015 Annual Report shows ABN AMRO Clearing Sydney Nominees Pty Ltd as holding 4.425 million AJX shares in a custodian account, presumably as backing for those ADRs (1.62% of issued capital).

    I wonder if the much discussed US listing could be achieved simply by an upgrading of that holding from Level 1 to Level 2.
