Saying that SMN did not receive a "clean" audit report implies something quite different to saying that no audit report was received at all.
It is quite obvious that the situation of a staff member of a supplier leaving that company, without notice being received by SMN, is something over which SMN cannot be expected to have any control.
Does SMN even have the right, much less the responsibility, to monitor staff movements within a supplier organization?
