Not really, they have an audit from the Australian side completed and approved, just the English side pending so to suggest anything nefarious other than a simple bungle is misleading.
I see this as a legacy issue from a sloppy past board and ceo that I'm pretty sure Ross will clean up as he starts to gather his resources withing the company structure.
My only complaint is that a pretty positive news report from Ross has been negated by sloppy governance something we saw a lot off before Ross took over.
