Well, I am happy with the deal but for those with their rose tinted glasses remember these points.

A. MAK issued 100 mil shares at 43 cents. Doubling the share base for no good reason. This was a ridiculous cap raise at a ridiculous price and is the reason for the languishing share price over the last year.

B. They punted half of remaining capital at a Gold play unrelated to them. Sure it may come off but when cash is king and their original reason for the cap raise at 43 cents was to sure up the company, then it is blown away by wasting it on a marginal Tas Gold play.

AD has done some things right but keep it in balance.
