fair enough they have stepped towards more certainty on ownership, but the larger problems of why we can expect this development to go ahead in Saudi Arabia, and why it has languished until now, and why it has been handed over to a very small medical imaging company, all sound very dodgy. Where are the big players jockeying for position on the register???????
