adsl and dynamic feeds (sanfords)????

At long last my small country village has ADSL at the local exchange.
I have not upgraded yet the use of Dynamic refresh on the latest Sanford Pro concerns me. because of pricey excess fees.

I would like to know the Giga byte monthly estimates
any traders may have worked out for this latest Sanfords Pro Dynamic feed upgrade..
as I have been stung badly with excess costs using a slow 56k ISP in the past by just linking to Sanfords and Quote tracker rapid refresh...
any national ADSL providers you can recommend for this situation
