Quiono, you are 100% correct! Having a "discussion" about management and critisising shortfalls is completely valid.
I said "just rubbishing management" is pointless. There has been a lot of that and very little discussion. Comments and attacks like "mindless cheerleaders" don't do much to engage meaningful conversation either.
Anyhow, a better day today. Can only hope it continues.
