Last capital raise was Sept 2016, so about 18 months ago. Promised the signing of GroupM was going to be a game changer.

It would be hard to do a CR just on a change in management. There isn't much happening to give investors a reason to give them money.

They haven't delivered on promises too many times and I think people are skeptical about everything say. They would need to do something special in order to do another CR...
