It would be hard to do a CR just on a change in management. There isn't much happening to give investors a reason to give them money.

They haven't delivered on promises too many times and I think people are skeptical about everything say. They would need to do something special in order to do another CR...

I had a look at some broker data about a month ago and Petra Capital were large net buyers so a placement to them may be on the cards.
