I agree with munch, there has been some speculation
of a takeover, and it could be Chris Corrigan who is
accumulating! The stock was very cheap at the $1.10
level seen a week ago, and the business is still
fundamentally sound, especially with oil price moving
downwards.
Other than that, your guess is as good as mine, but
something is obviously happening!
I purchased 50,000 shares on 19th March 2003 at
$1.06 and I'm not selling yet.
