Checking the figures I do not see any substantial holder selling However what is Crystal Clear is the Capping/Shorting figures.
On the 26th April I mentioned that the gross loaned out figure was 1,506,869 shares and the nett loaned out approx 900,000 shares.
By the 16th June the gross loaned out figure had jumped to 1,682,231 shares and the nett 1,548,418 shares this illustrates that the CAPPER is having to throw more stock at this to suppress the price and they have been reasonably successful having taken the price from $2.90 to currently $2.47 over this period.
So up to date the gross loaned out figure is 1,919,513 shares and the REAL KICKER IS THE nett loaned out figure 1,784,518 shares which clearly shows that the capper is having to use more stock to push the stock price down to lower levels.
In my opinion if we assume that the company receives the Exploitation license during July the Capper will need increase their stock borrowing UNLESS they make bid for the company having maintained in their opinion a reasonable VWAP . Which makes me think the bid could well be derisory, certainly with info to date anything under $4.25 shouldn’t be entertained.
Interesting times ahead with exploitation licence, funding arrangements ( which any possible bidder would want to avoid ) , drill targets and mine construction in Vares and of course what might prove to be a dark horse more assays from Kizevak Serbia.
A white knight might be needed here as some one is all over this we will see .
