Capper has been doing their best work.
It is inconsequential in the longer term scheme of things though as fundamentals have improved in the move towards production and most shareholders understand the value here.
The only perceived advantage of capping the price is to throw in a low ball offer imo and hence start a bid from a lower price with the aim of paying considerably less in any TO process.
All fun and games. Interesting to see what happens in the coming months.
