Yet, were always keen to point out new contracts and past sales, new products and customers, blah, blah blah.... Even some investors in this forum posting photos of HLF's latest products.

EBIT or EBITDA forecasts nowhere to be seen from management. They could not and did not even a EBITDA guidance after the acquisition of THM. The acquisition prospectus had overlapping time horizons (HLF vs THM), making reconciliation for the investor difficult.

The "outlook", especially the "undervalued status of the company" of HLF was provided by 2 posters here that everyone knows. I remember very well the expression of "run-rate", eg. the last month's sales figure times twelve in order to show how the company would do in a year's time.

That the sales growth was financed with shareholder money and credit is not in itself a crime or a breach under the corporations law. Bad business management is not covered by the law or ASIC.

It was also a clever trick to tell the investor how well THM did in the past - leading the investor to think this would continue.In my opinion there is nothing to gain here. I guess this board of B-listers will just delete their involvement in KTD / HLF in their respective CV, or dress it up. But overall no money to be had.

ASIC will only be involved in clearer cases of breach of the law. Say, selling seats on flights that are cancelled (Qantas) or trading while insolvent (Ansett), or removing responsibilities into vehicles abroad in order to shed financial burden (Hardy James).

Well put together forum discussion view Meghatop. And backed with interesting facts. However I disagree with you and my opinion is based on a holistic look at Halo Foods since the ill tempered reverse take over of Keytone Dairy. It appears that the NZ production was non existent. The selling of the NZ factory and additional land following a straight out lie to the Excahnge that they were “testing the market ”! The complete lack of any on market buying by directors / management. The Unbelievable salaries / board fees taken from this tiny start up for heavens sake ! 17 mill for on on line sales company that in plain language was theft from Halo shareholders . And as for sales of 100 million !!!! Pure b……t . B teamers ? No way
