obviously a site that is a favourite of extreme ideologues who hate young people.

people below 18 yrs old are legally children. its very difficult to prove the child knew the difference between right and wrong. adult sentences are for adult crimes. children should not be subject to such laws that apply to adults.

we can argue the cut off age for adult responsibility if you like. theres reasonable arguments against such incarceration as well as all thats achieved is a brief absence of a criminal from the comity but when released they are often enough filled with rage that they were imprisoned. many adults don't seem to understand right and wrong either.

the more they imprison children the more criminals they train to remain crims for the rest of their lives.
