Any thoughts on this stock? I've been hearing a lot of whispers...

Any thoughts on this stock? I've been hearing a lot of whispers (multiple brokers and other forums) that this stock is vastly undervalued and that the institutions are about to jump on it.

Some short term estimates that I have heard for this stock put it around 0.75 - 0.80 . But after last weeks spike it seems to have settled down a little bit (However, it's still being very actively traded, but the number of buyers and sellers seems pretty even).

Should I buy in at these prices or will it go lower (looks like the mass of support is arount the .30 mark).
