ADX has just issued 25,000,000 shares at 8 cents instead of using its credit facility which would have seen shares issued at above 9 cents. Management have decided not only to not use the credit facility which expires in 5 months and has cost them $600000 in shares but has raised prior to announing or even better getting a workover rig in place to test the discovery. They have had 6 weeks.
