The thing about that news as I have read it as well......is that we are talking about Chile here.....very much behind the eight-ball and needs to prove environmental up.....which is not easy....lots of Bureaucracy in dealing with Government over there. Very much a sovereign risk.....especially for China who need enormous supply guarantee. Plus the ' Brine ' process which they are based on is 24 month from Whoa to Go. Little if any impact once dust settles and Analysts re jigged their numbers.....which I have been saying for quite some time will be a feature of 2018 - IMO. Anyway.....traded 2 million this week for a very tidy profit and just bought back in with a million. GLTAH
