Keep in mind Tesla isn't the only end customer. Interesting article for another potential customer:

They are MUCH closer than the gigafactory in Nevada, literally just next door to the Ontario border.
Either way, long term fundamentals suggest we won't be short of buyers. I"d prefer an off take agreement that can take advantage of that with firm volumes for "bsaeload" and ability to sell "spot" volumes when better than expected production - a very common concept for LNG.
Keep in mind Tesla isn't the only end customer. Interesting...
