IMHO, some high levels numbers and thoughts, 40 million shares is about 10.5 million dollars, so in total they have access to at least $20 Million or so excluding any profit they have made along the way.
Due to the their volume and sophistication they are trading likely for an annual fee.
They have been running/moving the SP mostly over the last 9 months but remember the significant support at 12.5 cents. The 12.5 cent group have made at least 100%.

So you would need about $5 million to really hurt them and to force a run upward given their deep pockets or wait 6 months and let the market do it and play the long game for $1 plus..
