Advanced Gold Silver Copper Zinc Project

The Company is in negotiations to acquire a majority interest in an advanced exploration Gold-Silver-Copper-Zinc project. The negotiations are incomplete and ongoing, and require approval from the Boards of both the Company and the Project’s legal and beneficial owner before a transaction can be agreed to.
