Is no one worried about the legal action being taken against KDL/WFE directors over Ellendale?
If the liquidators are chasing KDL and its directors for approx 22 million, would the sale/farm in of Lomero to WFE not be in jeopardy?

Would the liquidators not seek an injunction to halt the transaction whilst legal action is still being taken? Could this be a ploy by directors to transfer a valuable asset before the legal process has run its course?

Was thinking about entering tomorrow but not sure now. Anyone more knowledgeable able to answer some of these questions?
