the last 5 trading days at close have averaged 0.006, so I think a worse case scenario capital raise would be at no less than 0.005 and would act as a good base of support and higher price than most here would of paid, so not much to worry about from here imo. of course I don't think they will do a CR until after they announce the acquisition at hopefully a much higher SP of 1c or more.
