i think its just getting towards the end of NOV and the nervous are expecting drilling to have started.
with no news, they assume somethings wrong.
theres 18m volume in the sell que at .004, from what? 1.1 billion shares?
and some of them are just pip traders in the buy que at 0.3, as soon as they buy their 0.003, they load 0.004 sell.
