You keep saying "have been appointed in readiness", with the inference of past tense. That is completely incorrect and your posts are accidentally misleading at best, purposefully downramping at worst.

For anyone that cares, the actual ASX announcement is below - it is very clear - MYQ have announced the board members, they have accepted the offers, but WILL NOT be appointed until the acceptance by NASDAQ.

I'd end this one with "IMO", but this isn't an opinion. It's a fact.
