@Odds&Evens you hold onto things a little too much, I think.
You've previously had to be corrected
multiple times on MD being allowed to release announcements without BOD approval. It's not a requirement, and it's not law. Yet you were fixated on that argument over several posts as if it was some major injustice. I'm fairly certain you've also previously been corrected about the U.S. based Board members being appointed UPON COMPLETION of the NASDAQ listing, yet again you seem to be fixated on some belief they should have already been appointed. If anything, at any point, is unclear to you (even after being corrected on several occasions)... for the love of all things great, can you just flick AHI an email or something?!
The fact you're not willing to share what you DO like about a company, calling it "financial advice", is also unsettling in my eyes. As
@SERA2g suggests, you've been very open and unsolicited in sharing your negative feelings towards AHI, but as a proposed "holder", you're very reluctant to share what you do like about the company??? Sorry, but I'm calling BS. That's a bit strange, and I've lost some respect as a result.
Then there's
@Manabouttown who's throwing wild claims that "ASX don't like us" or "ASX don't like us and our acquisitions"... Sorry, but I've seen no evidence of this, and I don't accept such claims without it. If any of this was true, I suspect AHI would consider legal action against ASX for such treatment. Also the fact your sentiment is "BUY" and "HELD", regardless of whether it's our business or not (required by HC to participate, but whatever...) WILL have an impact in how we interpret your posts and respond to you. You need to understand (and accept) that.
