The final offering price per ADS in U.S. dollars will be determined through negotiations between us and the representatives of the underwriters and will be based, in part, on prevailing market prices of our Ordinary Shares on the Australian Securities Exchange, after taking into account market conditions and other factors.
Certainly room to have a price above the equivalent ASX price... "after taking into account market conditions and other factors."
