I have worked with Vlado in the past and he does not deliver results and comes up with assumptions. I totally agree the cash is running dry and they are facing problems around that so the listing may not go ahead due to that. The Nasdaq listing was supposed to happen ages ago but it didn’t happen. The company is facing a lot of problems right now.
