I don’t believe they are acquiring non revenue companies to the detriment of SH dilution.....AHI have minimal shares on issue......It is the Tech that they are buying.
The name of the game is to build the most comprehensive mobile scanning tool that that can be easily used by multiple individuals...whether they are professionals or individuals.
They scan Body, Face, Skin and Skeletal (with the current acquisition).......and if they add Eye Scan....shut the Phar King gate!
