FRS along with a number of other IO exploration plays I believe are about to surge again(not as if they already haven't)Recent developments in Europe investigating RIO , BHP and vale about their power over IO prices etc mean the Aust government and maybe down the track even with the support of BHP and RIO will force the opening up of transport routes. The big two will be no doubt be very reluctant and will fight until Government intervention in Europe forces them to allow new players into the market. The media speculation about the storm clouds on the horizen for BHP and RIO is gaining momentum hence my theory.
The IO bubble has a way to go yet but FRS BRM etc are looking good for another rise
