for me, it is very disconcerting ECM could pick up what appears to be a great project and then issue so many shares & options at such a cheap price

this concerns me greatly. it smells of incompetence

anyway, i re-took a small position on Wednesday and have a couple of orders further down the queue, waiting for the new shares to be issued
