I received an email from GSF Director informing me that:

SRK reports referred to on Londoloza's website are not available as they are confidential and proprietary.

GSF expects the finalisation of the full form agreement, to reflect the terms of the Heads of Agreement, to be completed shortly.

GSF is currently undertaking due diligence on the assets initially being acquired from LRC.

LRC continues to progress negotiations on the possible acquisition of more advanced projects in Zambia.
