Donald, I think you'll find that LRC havnt traditionally "sold" their projects to GSF, LRC is a South African company that are in the process of "backing in" their projects into GSF in exchange for issued stock in GSF. This way they get to participate in the upside of the project(s).

LRC will also have a representative on the GSF Board. This is seen as a win - win for both parties.
