Interesting that 'Communication Preferences - Payment Remittance' can only be via hard copy... but you can via Document Print.

I would also suggest, on the left;

> Statement CHESS Notices
> Open
> click on green Document Download

From that you can check your physical address, TFN, and SRN have all been provided... and print.
Call me old school, but I like hard copies of this stuff.
