SLX have done many dumb things in the past, don't rule out selling the goose that lays the golden egg. All it would take is for GEH to make an announcement raising some sort of setback and SLX would be smashed, not dissimilar to what occurred with the recent review (time development with market....).
If Paducah comes through, this changes everything as it will be game on. This also fits-in with some of the apparent staffing additions.
Who knows.
