Update....thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and allow another day. Still no response received. However, just spoke with the Customer Relations Manager at Advangen...very friendly and pleasent to speak with, great customer service.
Turns out she had replied to me on Tues May 9 (date and time stamp verified) but email was lost in the ether....faith restored.
She did also mention a few times, that she has been very busy...good sign.
