Key takeaway for me is that CDY is still in the setup phase in the US and, as expected, the latter is still taking time. Whatever US sales Advangen achieves at the moment seems to be due to their social media/Men's Health/... marketing strategy and via online sales. What impact the salon sales team has, once established, is hard to say. But I would not expect it to have any relevant impact until about 4-8 weeks after the job ads have been removed. And the VP Marketing , once hired, will also need some time to make an impact. So when will we see an impact of the current hiring? I would say in the December quarter, or maybe halfway through the September quarter at the earliest. Any other ideas?

Thanks for the additional information. I agree with your overall assessment although the timeline may be a bit optimistic.

The critical thing is that the company looks to be acting prudently when it comes to spending shareholders' money implementing its business program in the US by investing gradually on a step-by step basis.
