It seems very likely to me yes. The way this plays out Advantage will likely build a pipeline to the Orocobre production facility and Orocobre will charge a fee on that production. At the point they have worked out that infrastructure, it probably makes sense for Orocobre to just bring the whole thing in house and expand their market capitalization significantly. That makes additional debt financing for future expansion even cheaper and raises their credibility.
