it's sought of funny to see posts continuing to spruik the 'advantages of listing', where PRR has seen absolutley no benefit from the exercise to date...
How about we list some of the Disadvantages of listing?
- exposure to potentially huge institutional short-selling
- listing on an exchange that wasn't able to technically allow trading on the first day, and from the evidence coming out of the Facebook IPO, is continuing to experience heightened technical problems
- lack of Bids where there is a failure to perform a timely nation-wide roadshow updating and informing the American investment community about PRR
- exposure to a market that is experiencing considerable economic head winds, which look likely to worsen, which in turn drag down US markets, with the consequence that any reduced PBMD price will likely drag down the PRR price
...
