I think they are suffering the general MS malaise along with all the other juniors. The MS view essentially says that growth is only available to the established players - the big get bigger and everyone else goes to hell in a handcart. How long will it be before the market shakes that off? If the oversupply doubts continue to dominate sentiment, then it may take quite some time for the lithium juniors to break out of the holding pattern - proof of under supply could be a long while coming. Individual exceptions will buck the trend and I am inclined to believe AAL will be a breakout in due course. Lets face it - they have the Resource. They have Partners. Therefore they access to process, access to funds, and access to market - thankyou Japan inc... I cant see any likely scenario short of nuclear fusion powered flying cars (I wait patiently) where they don't move on to become a producer, and a profitable one at that. On a five year horizon, they will be a great punt.
